Kristin Badger-Bach, CCIM, is an experienced market strategist with an extensive background in marketing, public relations, and publishing. Prior to forming Think Tank Strategic Marketing, LLC, she worked as a top-producing Associate Broker with Hunt Commercial Real Estate Corporation specializing in office and industrial buyer/tenant representation; as director of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership's Buffalo Development Council focusing on regulatory issues affecting economic development in the city of Buffalo; general manager of strategic planning for the pharmaceutical consulting firm, Kikaku America International, U.S. subsidiary to PharMa International, Japan; executive producer of the Yamanouchi Medical Education Video Series; and, editor-in-chief of the Washington Update, a leading analytical resource on Federal health care regulation affecting the development and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Mrs. Badger-Bach is the immediate past-president and member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, Western New York Chapter, also serving on the Board of Governors of the State Association; National Association of Realtors; Rotary Club of Buffalo; and, Working for Downtown. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Economics from the State University of New York Empire State College and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Institute.
