Bob Giniecki, CCIM, SEC specializes in commercial-investment real estate consulting, brokerage representing clients in acquisition and disposition, site location, analysis & valuation.  He has confered with the U.S, Senate Finance Committee pertaining to real estate exchanges.  He has completed exchange transactions in multiple states, and represented clients on a regional and national basis, and had completed a $160 million multifamily sale transaction.  Bob also is a national instructor in the field of commercial-investment real estate.  He is a participant  in regional and national marketing meetings as a member of NYSCAR, the CCIM Institute and the Society of  Exchangors Counselors..  Recently he was named "Commercial Realtor of The Year" for NYSCAR and "Counselor of the Year" by the Society of Exchange Counselors.  Bob has served as president of the NYS CCIM Chapter, NYS Commercial Association of Realtors and the Capital Region Commercial & ndustrial Brokers Association.  He holds a B.S. Degree In Management.
